My story
I’ve always been passionate about nutrition and wellness, but my own journey with hormonal imbalances has been a major driving force behind the work I do today.
Like many of the women I work with, I’ve experienced firsthand how challenging it can be to live with symptoms of hormonal imbalances—whether it’s in my younger years, the ups and downs of perimenopause, or anything in between.

In my teens and twenties, I struggled with significant hormonal symptoms that affected my energy, and weight. Back then, the standard approach was the contraceptive pill. While it helped mask some of the symptoms, it didn’t address the root cause. ​

These personal experiences are why I’m so passionate about helping other women navigate hormonal imbalances, whether it’s PCOS, skin health, weight management or perimenopause. I know how it feels to lose confidence in your body, and I also know how empowering it is to take back that control.

​I now help women of all ages manage their hormonal symptoms with my Rebalance Method, a tried-and-tested approach focused on blood sugar balance, inflammation, and gut health.
